Gnarly Gnomes

Caught a bad flu ever since Monday but Mom thought I was faking it so she didn’t take notice right up until yesterday when I came back home from school with my face all pale and nose red. So instead of going to school today, I spent the day at home curling in my bed with piles of blankets, drinking cups and cups of hot tea while watching British documentaries (there’s something about the way British hosts always joke that make me laugh so hard)
But it didn’t sound that fine, I guess, since I was  having headache and feeling cold all day even though it’s like 100 degrees outside and everyone’s sweating.
Mom dragged me out of bed this afternoon to go to Granddad’s for cakes and tea since after all it is his birthday today (And I’m wishing him all the best J)
But being out of the safe haven of my bed for that long makes me feel a bit nauseous again and I ended up staying in bed again for the rest of the day.
I was about to forced myself to go to school tomorrow since we’re going to have our try-outs, but Alice called and told me that try-outs are postponed until Saturday (YES!!) but I have to come tomorrow since we’re going to have our presentation – again! (NO!!)
That makes me even sicker than I was before. Gah.
Ugh. Goodbye.

Pinkielocks

I am not that much of an envious person, I swear.

I rarely get jealous over people. Believe me, it's really hard for me to do that.

Which is why, once I do get envious, I usually fall hard.

Like how I am incredibly jealous at every girl on this planet who could rock a pink hair (highlighted, dyed, half-dyed, natural shade (which I highly doubted), whatever) and own it. Really, I just loveee sparkling fuschia locks.

And unfortunately, the colour doesn't suit me, and probably a hell lot of other girls who have 'Asian-face', that much. Seriously, I've never seen any Asian-looking girl who could actually rock a pink hair-style.

But anyway, here are some girls – which for me is more like goth-mermaids – whom I would just hate to love,

photos are from here and Free's portfolio and BTS

And of course, my favourite among all would be, no doubt, my 5'7" hero in neon pink; Charlotte Free.

I guess the first time I saw her was in a live stream of Milan Fashion Week, and amongst the tall god-like blondes and brunettes of the *cough stereotypical cough* models that were walking down the runway, there was this tiny chick with bright pink dyed hair tied up in a bun who walked with this slight swagger, and I knew by then that she is just perfect!

It is already hard enough for a 5'7" girl to break into the fashion industry, but she also dyed her hair into this daring colour and now she's booking jobs. And thus in my opinion, that had made her become some sort of a fashion icon. Kudos, gurrl!

Oh and she also got the chance to do a shoot with (my) Chicco Lachowski </3 the more envious I get.

And of course, another person who would totally rock a pink do is the one and only, Miss Lady Gaga, herself, even though I think I like her more in purple.

peayce out!

onze

I know it’s the 13th, but I just have to make a post about the 11th since I haven’t had the time (not because I’m busy, unfortunately. I’m just plain lazy)
My first and only triple eleven was not in the very least bit special. It was even a bit tear-jerking actually (dear someone, if you're reading this, you practically ruined my 11111, sincerely I hope you get thrown with a porcupine).
My entire class decided to do this countdown thing at school before the clock strikes 11:11, and make a wish. It was kinda funny I guess, I had no idea what to wish for, and after everyone said 3..2..1.. almost everyone were bowing their heads to pray or make a wish (some even yell -_-) and I was just sitting there looking at the space and saying the first thing that came up into my mind, which is actually, incredibly nonsense and unimportant. But it was my 11:11 wish after all.
Out of the blue, Dad decided to buy me a pair of creeper-looking Doc M, and I was touched :’) even though I’m not really sure that it’s the original one since Dad isn’t really the expertee in the family when it comes to shopping.

I’ve been feeling kinda under the weather lately – both mentally and physically – which suck to the core because I can’t imagine myself flunking my semester exams just because I’m not feeling well.
November/December project. Hope I can fill up the wall in no time.
  Peace,
Feb.

Kupkakes

Good day, fellas!
I totally forgot to post this one, but we actually went baking at Katina's earlier this week. It was kinda hectic I guess. I was just off from a friend's house and went to Trattoria for brunch with Sasha, Katina, Michelle, Kathleen, Angie, and Veren. It was later that we went to Kat's house for the baking thing.
The cupcakes actually made their way out of the oven successfully! And, most importantly, they taste amazing. But it wasn't until five minutes ago that I realized how pink and girly-ish our cupcakes actually are. Which is fine with me, I guess. Since we're just gonna eat it anyway :p

Oh, and the best cupcake goes to my “ *heart* Zac” cupcake (everyone's gonna hate me for this -,-)

2nd in the first row. My beautiful Zac cupcake :p

All pictures are either Sha's, Kat's, or Angie's. I'm too lazy of an ass nowadays to carry around a camera with me everyday. So much for an inspiring photographer (says who?)

Aanyway, school has been rather mediocre this day. When we had finally went through all of the IDP shits, here comes the real bomb: Semester Assignment. We'll get our Oral (Examinations) next week and SA is not far away from there. Guess my life will end soon.

Nevertheless, have a great day! I'm just going to crawl under my blanket and hope that someone will lit a fire to our school tonight. Cheers.

Doubtstep

Buon giorno!

Dad took me out for some fries and ice cream last Friday. I didn't know exactly why he did that. Perhaps he was bored. But anyway, he told me that we might or might not go to the court in Jakarta to straighten out my name problem since, legally, I don't have a family name. Which means, our proposal would be that of "name change", which means, that not only I could add my family name, I could actually change my entire name into something different.

I had a few things in mind. Perhaps some fancy French or Russian names (Beaubatonx? Sharikaparinova?) or some unpronounceable Greek names. Or changing the spelling of Febie into "Phoebe" or even change my last name into Efron (yeah, that's kinda a little bit too much) But anyway, I told my dad about that but he went completely against it and he gave me a lecture about how meaningful and carefully and thoughtfully arranged my name is which means that I'll still be Febie for the rest of my life. That kinda sucks.

Anyway, the day after that, we had our review classes at school (again) and it hadn't stop raining since the day before so it was all drizzle and muds when we arrived at school. We drove to Bakerzin right after class for lunch. And I spent the rest of the day hanging out in the mall. Unproductive day? Perhaps.

This weekend's a long one so I'm gonna make the most of it.

Ciao!

Pelican Fly

Taken by Angelina Wu's lappie I guess, and edited by Katina

WHADDUP?!
Today’s very crazy.
After almost a month of busting our asses off to work on our business portfolio, we are finally allowed to present it to the teachers this morning. It was kinda crazy seeing everyone in formal suits and pencil skirts and heels and leather shoes but I practically had no time to check on everyone’s uhmazing outfits only because our group presented first (thanks to me! -_-) and I was practically going to barf 5 minutes before the presentation started just because I was so damn nervous.
There were me, Alice, Agatha, Poppy, Ayman and Faizan, and the company name’s Hübsch (it’s German!) And it went great, I guess. I mean, visually and content-wise speaking, our presentation was not bad. We’re not really into the formal-and-all-numbers-and-symbols type of presentation so the slides are almost all pictures, which I guess did not bore our fellow sec3 mates but did not satisfy the teachers’ wants either. So it’s a win-win – or maybe a lose-lose, your call!
But anyway, after the whole groups presented (it took us about two hours for 8 groups!) the whole thing finally ended and we changed into our olde uniforms back and that’s it bruh! We’re free! The teachers are kinda happy when everything ended – partly because they’re already hungry and tired from watching us all – and we’re expecting them to loosen up a bit for the rest of the days’ classes, but of course, they didn’t.
We still had to study for the rest of the day, it was such a draaaggg~
Oh and have I told you that we have been kinda abusing photo booth for the last three weeks? Yeah, one of the results are shown above. We kinda killed the song, since we are really good, like we-could-kinda-beat-Selena’s-version-of-the-song good. But I guess it’s obvious. :P
